Reminders
As a courtesy we give our patients a reminder telephone call or send an e-mail a day or two ahead so that appointments are not forgotten or missed.

Treatment plans and estimates
Patients who require treatment will receive a written treatment plan and estimate, detailing the available options, recommendations and cost.

Home Visits
Regular patients who have mobility difficulties can request a home visit by special arrangement.

Saturday Morning Appointments
Saturday morning appointments can be arranged for regular patients for large treatments.

Payment Options
We accept all major credit and debit cards or a payment plan can be arranged with the dentist for large treatments prior to the start of treatment.  We are happy to assist patients with any forms for their own insurance plans.  We see patients on a pay as you go basis, or offer our Denplan Essentials package for patients who wish to budget for their regular dental treatments.
